Subject: Trask--Ruth Trask Calwell came to Winnebago County with her three daughters: Mary, Martha, and Rebecca, in 1845. Settled in the Harvard area and later Durand Twp. 1860 and 1870 census has Ruth Calwell living with married daughter, Martha Turner (Turney), husband--Edwin Turner. No sign of any Ruth or the Turners or other daughter Rebecca who married Horatis Vosburgh after 1870. Trying to verify Ruth's whereabouts and place of death in order to track down her father. Census states she was born in Vermont. We know she was married in Ohio, where her husband died a year or less before she came to Illinois. Sharon Thomasson
